2. Nature of the content

Everything on this site is informational. The texts explain solar energy by subscription and distributed generation in general terms, and do not replace technical, accounting or legal analysis of your own case.

The figures shown by the savings simulator are estimates calculated from average parameters: the discount of up to 22% applies to the compensable tariff — the portion of the bill that energy credits can offset — which comes to roughly 17% of the total on a typical bill. The actual result varies with the utility, the make-up of the bill, the consumption profile and the terms in force when the contract is signed.

No simulation, figure or material on this page constitutes a binding offer, a commercial proposal or a promise of results. The actual terms are presented in the proposal and formalised in a contract of its own, during sign-up.

3. Intellectual property

The blu. brand, the Blu Energias name, the texts, the visual identity, the images, the code and every other element of this site belong to Blu Energias or to third parties who authorised their use, and are protected under Brazilian law.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of these elements without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Quotations that cite the source and link to the original page are allowed.

4. Links and external environments

This site points to environments belonging to third parties or to Blu Energias that have rules of their own:

• proposta.sejaenergiablu.app.br — the proposal request environment, with its own terms and privacy policy
• WhatsApp — support through a third-party app, subject to that platform's terms

Once you follow those links, the rules of the destination apply to you. We are not responsible for the content, the availability or the privacy practices of third-party sites.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and current, but the site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, and we are not answerable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the estimates presented here.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Curitiba/PR are elected to settle disputes arising from the use of this site, save where the law provides otherwise.
